Had modern and contemporary room, marvellous breakfasts, you guys rock!
We would recomand this hotel, spent here very nice 1 night. The location was strategic and good - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The property itself was in a very quiet area, really close to cafés and restaurants and Indonesia for to see wild patchouli being harvested and activities and playings.

The hotel was nice, really enjoyed garden view from our deluxe twin room. the room we had included a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control. the food in the restaurant was healthy. the position of the venue was marvellous. the daily service was top-notch.

The hotel provides impeccable service, with staff anticipating guests’ needs. English language proficiency is high which makes communication easier. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and newly refurbished.
Maintenance could be better, as some parts are in need of repair. Housekeeping could be more attentive to corners and tabletops.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the reduction of energy use in the evening, which may result in warmer room temperatures during the night.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the complimentary champagne and chocolates that were waiting for us upon arrival. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we appreciated the convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions. Plus, the staff were attentive and helpful with planning our itinerary.
The noise from the nearby construction did disturb our peaceful stay.
